In this direction, the life alone if after became perceivable the appearance of the water. For terms a notion in relation to the importance of this resource, is enough to stop and to think. Today, it comes being reason of concern in the whole world for the evidentes signals of increasing scarcity and deterioration. However, although all its importance, the water is a resource that can finish e, therefore, demands cares in relation to the amount of use, to its quality, its sources, its different distribution for the planet, beyond planning and defrays of treatment, conservation and protection.
It is therefore, that water consists in renewable natural resources through hidrolgicos the physical processes of cycle that happens in the Region of the paraibano Wasteland. In fact, the hdricos resources are the multiple and rational uses of the water for human supplying, for creation of flocks, irrigation, fished production of, and generation of energy that is of basic importance in the development of diverse economic and ambient activities in the intense climate of the half-barren one. These resources are available in form of lakes, rivers, little streams, flooded areas, water-bearing and much more types of water concentration, not being necessarily underground. Synthecizing, the hdricos resources are all the type of basin where if it locates drinking waters and available for the human consumption. In this aspect, the hidrogrficas basins are an area where all rain that falls runs for streams and secondary rivers for one same main river, located in a lower point of the landscape, being separate for other basins for a dividing line called divider of waters.
